LN20888: MULTI-USE SHOP 32×48

This structure offers a full height shop with 16’ ceilings to allow you to park your largest equipment or toys. On the other side it allows for a standard garage height of 9’ to park your vehicles or smaller items. There is plenty of space for additional workshops or storage with 48’. PLUS, a full length mezzanine gives you even more room for storage!

This building kit includes 2×6 STURDI-LOK® wall system, 2’O.C truss system with an 8/12 and 4/12pitch rated for 30#snow, open mezzanine, 1/8” exterior vapor barrier, 26gauge metal, vinyl windows, fiberglass walk-through doors and structural engineering.
